Whats a better Acoustic Guitar FENDER DG 21S or the Epiphone FT150 Bard Acoustic Guitar?

I already own a Epiphone les paul custom and find there guitars to be amazing on quality sound and value but when it comes to a acoustic which company produces a better quality guitar.

Having owned a mandolin and an acoustic 12 string guitar by Fender I can tell you they are okay quality but all in all I think most people agree that their acoustic instruments are only so-so. Fender is great if you want an Electric Guitar or an electric bass. Epiphone is much better known for its acoustic instruments so I would got with the FT150.
